A Little Life Coaching 101
If you’re like me, you’re probably like WTF do I need a life coach for?
Well, sis, if you’re feeling like you’re not living your fullest, happiest life, YOU (yes, even you) COULD BENEFIT FROM A LITTLE L.C. (That’s short for Life Coaching.)
Life coaches work with their clients to help them achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and make changes or shifts in their lives – both big and transformative and little day-to-day stuff. Some people will need just a few sessions, where others will feel more comfortable with months of coaching. I can do either!

I had a lot of anxiety that I felt was controlling my life, and I let it run wild with the assumption that I could not change it myself. Bee has helped me so much with being more active and less passive in my life through taking concrete steps to manage my anxiety and set aside time for self care.

Prior to Bee's coaching I was having trouble figuring out how to organize my life. I was constantly overwhelmed, stressed out and anxious. Physically I felt exhausted and unmotivated. The Difference Between Therapy and Coaching
I get asked what the difference between therapy and mentoring is ALL. THE. TIME!
Both are supportive, non-judgmental, neutral, believe in client’s capability to solve problems, and listening – but therapy focuses on the past, where life coaching focuses on the future and the present.
